Background: Chris's parents were talented and relatively famous, as a composer and musician respectively. They used their gift in various humanitarian efforts, and unfortunately that was their undoing as ten years ago they were killed by Noise in South America. Their little daughter went missing - abducted by human trafficking rings, moved around, mistreated and studied due to her Relic compatibility. Unbeknownst to her it was all Fine's doing. Eventually she was discovered and freed, with Genjurou Kazanari as her legal guardian - but some time ago she went missing again. This time she was contacted by Fine, lured by a promise of creating a new better world for people such as herself. But once again Fine was only using her, and Chris would eventually discover it...
Personality: Foul-mouthed, aggressive, misanthropic... but also self-sacrificing, protective and lonely. That's Chris in a nutshell. She doesn't like people for what happened to her parents (and her), but also wants to help them like they did. She was an idealist who wanted to make the world a better place, and it hurts to discover that she was actually used and her own actions indirectly caused loss of life. She feels it is something she has to deal with herself - but in general, Chris just wants to belong, have people close to her that she can call friends or family, and not lose them.
Overall a damaged person with a lot of past trauma, but Chris nevertheless seems to be able to eventually handle it pretty well - most of the time. She can be collected and look at things from a perspective if the situation requires it, and is worryingly one of the more well-adjusted Relic users.
On a lighter note she is also a hardcore tsundere and gets embarassed easily, while expressing her true feelings towards others is very hard. She has an eclectic appreciation for both edgy or action packed things, full of loud noises and explosions (but not martial arts, that's boring), and for cute and fluffy stuff.
Capabilities and Resources: She's a really good singer, but she hates it... at first. Also for most Relic users, capability for fighting with the Relics transfers to good fitness outside them as well. Chris is very much not one of those people.

Unit Name: Ichaival
Unit Description: The Second Relic Ichaival manifests as a suit of armor - song activated, it provides all the usual Relic benefits, superhuman durability and strength, ability to penetrate Noise barriers and to not be instantly carbonated by them, etc. Being a legendary bow, its specialization is long-distance bombardment. Chris has impressive firepower at her disposal, but her weak stamina means Ichaival runs out of juice relatively quickly. It's best used for overpowering assaults as opposed to long engagements.
Attacks:
Crossbows - not named, but they fire homing and explosive energy shots, up to five bolts at a time in a spread. A precise weapon, used mostly against on foot targets. Can also turn into handguns, trading homing capability for rate of fire.
Billion Maiden - pair of large gatlings, not very accurate but able to provide sustainable, high intensity firepower. Technically a long ranged weapon but Chris likes to use them in melee too.
Megadeth Party - missile launchers appear from Ichaival's sides (how they fit there is a mystery) and fire a large barrage. Individual missiles are not too strong but there is a whole swarm of them.
Megadeth Quartet/Fuga - four (two for Fuga) oversized missiles, much larger than Zenbu herself. They are incredibly destructive but the attack requires the user to stand still and charge up for a while, making her vulnerable.
Then there are the Supreme Song and X-Drive abilities, but that's for one-time events rather than general use.

Queen's Inferno - upgrade to the crossbows, allowing them to fire even more bolts at once. Also Chris seems to have taken a liking to a certain movie and will gunkata like crazy when using those in handgun form.
Giga Zeppelin - fire large crystals from the crossbows, each crystal explodes into a deadly shower of shards. Good for removal crowds of mooks.
Ret Hot Blaze - the crossbows fuse together into a large sniper rifle. Slow to aim but powerful and precise thanks to inbuilt scopes.Never used in canon.
Reflector Bits - Ichaival releases remote controlled bits that can project a barrier together. It can be used for either deflection, or amplification of beams and other ranged attacks.
